TRANSFORM YOUR ORGANIZATION WITH TRAINING AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT
Sometimes the best way to prevent disputes winding up before courts or tribunals is to offer legal training and policy development to your employees, members or officers. While litigation and negotiations can solve single instances of problems, and advice can inform individuals and management teams of what practices they should work towards implementing, broad-based legal training and policy development can disseminate and translate legal advice down to a practical applied level that is accessible to everyone in an organization.
Gordon Scott Campbell has provided legal training and policy development throughout Canada to groups ranging in size from a dozen to hundreds of people. He’s worked as a university and government lecturer and curriculum developer, as well serving as an instructor in Public Law and Legal Research at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admissions Course. In addition to government and private clients within Canada, he has done policy development work with the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the Government of Argentina. Training clients have included the RCMP, municipal and regional police services, as well as federal and provincial government departments like Environment Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency. He utilizes collaborative training and policy development methods tailored to the unique needs of each client.
